Houndstooth Capital is a Real Estate fund and active developer based in Mexico City with multiple projects throughout Mexico with a focus on industrial mid-sized cities and touristic locations. The team has extensive experience in the economic, political and operational conditions to achieve the success of the projects and maximize their profitability.

Our experience involves all types of asset classes such as residential, retail, offices, hotels and mixed-use developments. We integrate all parts of the life cycle of a real estate project with extensive experience in the field of construction, legal and tax strategy, architecture, marketing, financing and commercialization. This helps us minimize risks and maximize the return on investment of projects.

Our fund is committed to the environment and society, reason why we are going to pursue the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification for our portfolio of projects.

Investment Thesis

Our investment thesis is based on providing development equity. Houndstooth always seeks collaborations with local co-developers and we have an approach oriented to medium-sized cities that have positive economic and growth indicators, cities where there aren´t too many high-rises and therefore, less competition.
